These Terms of Service govern the use of the Playlist Jungle platform ("platform", "service", "we", "us"). By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Service description
Playlist Jungle is a platform that allows artists to submit songs to curators, who can evaluate those songs for their playlists. The platform uses a permanent one-time credit system.
3. Registration and account
To use our service, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments and credits
To use paid features, you store a payment method once and can then buy credit packs as one-time payments. The saved payment method is not charged during setup. Credit packs remain permanently available and are not bound to monthly cycles. Payments are processed via Stripe; saved payment methods can be revoked or updated at any time.
5. Submissions and content
As an artist, you retain all rights to submitted songs. By submitting, you grant Playlist Jungle and curators permission to review songs and potentially add them to playlists. You warrant that you own rights to submitted songs and that submission does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Curator ratings
Curators rate submitted songs at their own discretion. Playlist Jungle assumes no responsibility for curator ratings or decisions. Ratings do not guarantee playlist inclusion.
7. Spotify integration
Playlist Jungle can be connected to Spotify to add songs to playlists automatically. By connecting your Spotify account, you grant the required permissions. Songs are included for a defined period and removed automatically afterward.
8. Disclaimer
Playlist Jungle is provided "as is" and "as available". We provide no guarantee regarding availability, reliability, or accuracy of the service. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Governing law
